Paul Bradshaw

Kinesiologist. Entrepreneur. Husband. Dad

Practicing Kinesiologist, BHKin, FRCms, PN1, CKTP

Founder of PB Kinesiologist, Paul graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. He is keen to help people improve their fitness and health. For the past ten years, he has had the opportunity to train a variety of people; developing a strong knowledge of how to both progress and regress different exercises to meet  his client’s unique needs.

Paul craves knowledge and loves finding new ways to help people. He has taken numerous courses and holds multiple certifications. Some highlights of his education include:

  • Soft Tissue Release (STR)

  • Functional Assessment of the Spine and Extremities (FASE)

  • Functional  Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist

  • Concussion Prevention, Detection, and Management course

  • NSCA Exercise Program Design

  • Precision Nutrition (PN1) Coaching -Level1

  • Kinesiology Tape Practitioner (CKTP)

Paul loves the outdoors and spending time exploring Vernon and the sunny Okanagan with his wife and son. When he is not training his clients; you can find him at the beach, on the ski hill, or exploring the Okanagan and camping.

Paul was named Best Coach for the Vernon Best of the Best Awards 2023. To be a BOB winner reflects PB Kinesiologist's commitment to patient focused care and unwaivering dedication to promoting physical fitness.

You name it, Alicia does it... When it comes to administration, Alicia is the glue that keeps it all together. A wiz on the computer, book keeping smarts, along with creativity for days; she is what keeps PBK moving forward on a daily basis. Alicia loves spending time with her family, her two kitties, and getting outside any chance she can.
